Q. Is the Melco Amaya BRAVO a commercial duty embroidery machine?
A
. Yes, the Amaya line of embroidery machines are manufactured to the highest standards and are used in a number  of commercial facilities around the world. Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, New Balance Shoes, Nike and Disney are just a few of the very recognizable names that use the Amaya line of equipment in a production setting. You can run the BRAVO 24 hours a day seven days a week and be confident that it is capable of going the distance with proper maintenance.

Q. Is the equipment that you are offering new and is it the latest model?
A.
When you place an order with MR. LOGO USA for a BRAVO, the machine that you receive will be new and the very latest model of the model that you purchased. Your BRAVO will typically have been manufactured during the prior month, tested at the factory and then placed into the crate ready for shipment.

Q. Where is the Melco BRAVO manufactured?
A.
The Melco BRAVO is manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility in Plano, TX. It is the only line of embroidery machines available that are designed, engineered, manufactured and supported in the United States.

Q. Does the package offered by MR. LOGO USA include onsite training?
A
. Yes, we are the only company that offers two days of onsite training at your location anywhere in the United States. This is included as part of the package at no additional cost to you. The trainer/technicians that we use are Melco certified and fully capable of addressing any questions that you have regarding the maintenance and use of the equipment. We typically try to have the trainer at your location within one week of the machine being delivered.

Q. How important is onsite training?
A. We feel that it is extremely important. Onsite training allows you to be trained on your machine in your environment by a certified Melco trainer/technician. You can have as many people trained as you’d like, you do not have to travel anywhere and your machine is checked out by the technician as part of the training. By having training at your location, you save time, money and can have multiple people trained, all for no additional cost beyond your investment in the embroidery equipment package of your choice.

Q. How long has Melco been in business?
A. Melco has been in business since 1972 and is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and support of embroidery machines and embroidery software.

Q. How long has MR. LOGO USA been in business?
A. We have been in business for 24 years and specialize in providing equipment and software to embroidery shops nationwide. Our niche within the industry, and the area that we enjoy the most, is helping individuals as they are getting into the embroidery business or expanding from an embroidery hobby to an embroidery business.

Q. What type of support will we receive following training?
A. You will have access to all of the support that you would like. As a registered Melco user, you will be able to call Melco Technical on their toll-free line, access all of the online training information at Melco University and you will also have full access to the support staff at MR. LOGO USA. The bottom line is, if you need help it is readily available.

Q. What can we embroider on the Melco BRAVO?
A. You will be able to embroider anything that is embroiderable. In general, anything that a needle will penetrate can be embroidered. This includes caps, jackets, bags, garments of all kinds, canvas, leather, silk, denim, Lycra, satin, etc. Keep in mind that some things that you see embroidered were embroidered as what are referred to as “cut parts” prior to manufacture. The short answer is that if it can be embroidered, it can be embroidered on a BRAVO.

Q. What about maintenance on the BRAVO?
A. Maintenance procedures are covered during your two days of onsite training. Maintenance on the BRAVO consists of following a schedule of oiling and cleaning.

Q. Do you have financing options available for purchasing the BRAVO?

Q. How long does it take to receive a machine?
A. Shipment scheduling is based on inventory, but typically your machine will ship within one week of receipt of order and are then delivered to you within one week to ten days of shipment.

Q. What shipping method do you use?
A. Since the machine and all of the package contents are in a crate that weighs 300 pounds, we use a service that includes a lift gate delivery, uncrating and inside delivery of all items in the crate. Most small business and home-based businesses and hobbyists are not set up to handle a 300 pound crate, so this method works perfectly. The package ships to you directly from the Melco warehouse in Denver, CO.

Q. What is the warranty on the BRAVO and who is the warranty with?
A. The BRAVO comes with a standard commercial embroidery machine warranty of three years. The warranty is issued by Melco Industries.

Q. How much does the BRAVO weigh?
A. The BRAVO weighs 165 pounds and comes with a custom designed cart with four wheels. Two of the wheels are brakeable and swivel. The machine has a right and left hand grip location on each side of the machine to be used for ease of lifting the machine when necessary.

Q. What do I do if I need service on the BRAVO?
A. During training, you will become very familiar with your new BRAVO - this drastically decreases the likelihood of the machine being damaged during use. Beyond that, most situations can be solved with a phone call to Melco Technical. If a situation comes up that requires a technician onsite, Melco has individuals all over the country and the closest tech would be sent to your location to solve the problem.
